Montefusco Estate Planning, LLC is a law firm exclusively focused on estate planning legal matters including wills, advance directives, powers of attorney, trusts, guardianships and probate administration. By focusing on estate planning, we are able to provide the expertise and experience for every type of client. As a solo law firm, you can be safe in knowing that the attorney you meet with at your initial discussion will be the same person who will be drafting your documents, not some paralegal you’ve never met.
Estate planning can be a daunting task so we focus on making the process easy and accessible. We know that our clients have busy schedules, so if you decide to use our services, an experienced estate planning attorney will meet with you in the convenience of your own home in Frederick at a time that works best for you, even evenings and weekends. Don’t live in Frederick? Contact us and we can set up a meeting location in Frederick to discuss your estate planning needs. We also offer flat fee pricing for most of our planning packages, so you know what you will pay up front, without worrying about racking up billable hours by asking questions.
Montefusco Estate Planning, LLC was founded in 2013 by attorney Peter Montefusco, a lifelong Frederick resident. After graduating from Thomas Johnson High School in Frederick, MD, Peter received his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, graduating cum laude.
