The Process

Call or email for a free initial consultation. This initial consultation usually takes 15 minutes over the phone or over a few short emails. Your attorney will ask that you fill out an Estate Planning Worksheet about some basic information about your family and finances. Drafting a legal document generally requires two in-person meetings. During the first meeting, you will discuss your needs and options, sign a fee agreement, and pay for the services. During the second meeting you will review and sign the documents. Our attorney will meet with you in the convenience of your own home in Frederick. Don’t live in Frederick or prefer to meet somewhere else? Our attorney can meet with you at another location in or near Frederick that is easy for you. Need to meet during the evening or on the weekend? No problem! We offer evening and weekend appointments to make it easy for you.

Pricing

We offer flat-fee pricing on the following documents and a $200 hourly rate for other projects not listed. Prices are subject to change, please email or call to confirm a price. All services include a complimentary initial consultation. All payments are due before documents are drafted.
